This is Zenroren

Zenroren, National Confederation of Trade Unions, is a trade union center in Japan representing 1.2 million workers. Zenroren consists of 21 industrial federations and 47 prefectural federations out of 47 prefectures in Japan.

We inherited Japanese militant union movement history, and formed ourselves in November 1989. Our principles are independent from the capital and political party, and to pursuit united action based on common demand.
